User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Stonegate Card Services (Website). This Website may be used by the primary and/or any joint account holder ("you") to access certain credit card account information, obtain electronic monthly account statements, make payments, and monitor transactions (“Services”). By accessing this Website and any pages thereof using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. You agree that you are:

  • Solely responsible for acquiring and maintaining a computer or any other electronic device and equipment that can handle and access the Services; and
  • Responsible for all costs associated with accessing the Services and your credit card account.

Access to the Service

You may use the Website to access your credit card account and perform authorized transactions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. However, at certain times, some or all of the Services may not be available due to system maintenance or failure. Account balance and activity information are generally updated daily. However, daily updates may not occur due to system maintenance or failure or other circumstances beyond our control.

To access your Eligible Accounts and Online Financial Services through our Website, you must have a username, a password and the required hardware and software as described on the Website. You must also comply with any other security procedures and policies we may establish from time to time. You must provide all telephone and other equipment, software (other than any software provided by us) and services you need to access the Services. Specific requirements are outlined in the Security and Privacy tab.

Account Information

The account information available through the Website is not intended to replace the regular statement you receive by mail or other means. You must refer to your full credit card statement for complete account information, including important information about your rights and obligations. In some instances, balances and transaction history may only reflect activity conducted through the close of the previous business day. We may occasionally introduce new features to the Website or eliminate features from the Services. When this happens, we will update our Website accordingly.

Fees

There is no charge for accessing your account information through the Website. However, you may incur telephone or other online service provider charges by accessing your account. We are not responsible for any such fees. Please consult your Card Agreement for other fees applicable to your credit card account.

Your enrollment in, access to, or use of the Services and/or Website may be terminated or suspended, in whole or in part, at any time for any reason with or without prior notice. Examples of reasons for such include, without limitation:

  • Your credit card account is closed
  • Your credit card account is lost or stolen
  • Fraudulent activity on your credit card account
  • Any attempt to misuse the Service
  • Whole or partial, permanent or temporary, termination of the Services
  • Violation of this Agreement

If you wish to cancel your access to the Website or any of the Services at any time, please contact our Credit Card Service Center at 1-866-553-3482.
